Communication is a key to everything. I mean it doesn't matter if it's your professional or personal life, it doesn't matter if you're old or young. You need to be able to communicate with people to even have a chance to achieve your goals.

How true is this! A single sentence yet holds the wisdom one would need several books to contain.
I know exactly what you mean. People often fail at listening, and while both sides of the issue are talking about the same thing, instead of realizing it they will just fight.
I think key issue here is the ability to analyze things without emotions. Sure something might sound irritating, but what if it's the truth ?
