		<description>wren Yes, they need to have set up an account on FriendFeed to be able to follow them.  It&#039;s super easy to do, and add content though, so it doesn&#039;t take a lot of time.

And even if the person doesn&#039;t want to spend a lot of time using FriendFeed, once their feeds are set up, you can simply follow them and it&#039;ll keep getting updated content for the feeds they add.  They don&#039;t have to come back and interact if they don&#039;t want to.
