		<description>Sounds like it could easily go bad, but at the same time I think they&#039;ll learn from WGA&#039;s mistakes.  I think one of the key parts of that is the phrase &quot;transparent to the user.&quot;  One of the key complaints against WGA is how often it interferes with legitimate use of Microsoft&#039;s products. 

Of course, the &quot;phoning home&quot; thing is also a major complaint, but not one that I&#039;m concerned with.  I&#039;ve never been a big conspiracy theorist in this regard.</description>
