The opposite in fact - I'd say you've been very considerate and open in letting people know that you're busy, or that you're having trouble getting the words to flow. And life sometimes takes over. I've been incredibly busy over the past few weeks & totally lost my routine. Finding that balance again is important - but don't rush it. Life will work itself out.
