Suzy, thanks for the great story, I really appreciate it and love the lesson it easily provides. One of my goals this autumn is to spend a bit more time on things I write and seek out the stories rather than the news. That and feed my "gentle wolf" more than the angry one. ;)

Quiet - I hear a story....
A young boy says to his wise grandfather "tell me something I need to know". The old man smiles and says:
"My boy, there are two wolves living inside of me. One is gentle, generous, kind and peaceful. But the other is angry, rude, uncompromising and often cruel. And these two wolves fight each other, constantly.
The boy is shocked. He askes: "But grandfather, which one will win?"
"The one I feed" replies the old man. "The one I feed."
